**Viewings/Bristol gym visit**
Please note that not all of the range is available at the gym, some stock is kept in storage elsewhere on site or is due in so we cant guarantee what kit will be present unless contacted first to confirm. To ensure what is available we strongly advise contacting us first to arrange a meeting
**Terms and Conditions for Equipment Sales**
We would like to clarify that all equipment sold by us is brand new and unused unless we have specifically mentioned otherwise in the description. For your convenience, you have the option to collect your items directly from our location in Bristol or if you choose delivery, please note that the costs associated with delivery—detailed for each item—are specifically for kerbside delivery only. This may involve pallet or standard delivery methods. In the event that you notice any damages upon delivery, we require you to take photos of the damage and email them to us at info@basegymequipment.co.uk immediately upon receiving the goods. If you fail to notify us about any damages, you may be held liable for those issues.
It is important to understand that all commercial gym equipment we offer must be utilised in the correct manner, as any misuse will result in the warranty being voided. We want to assure you that any data we collect is for the purpose of fulfilling your order, for maintaining our records at Base Gym Equipment and for marketing purposes of Base Gym Equipment only, to not be passed onto 3rd parties. Additionally, please be informed that either the consumer or the seller has the right to terminate sales prior to shipping, however please be aware that this may incur some administrative fees for restocking. Lastly, payment for your purchase must made at the time of ordering, which will immediately reserve the item for you and create the order.
**Pre-Order Items**
Please note that pre-order items come with a specific estimated arrival date; however, this date may change due to factors beyond our control. The 25% deposit is final and non-refundable unless the item is faulty or if you have compelling reason for dissatisfaction of the item, upon receiving or viewing the item. Return Policy
**Return Policy for Base Gym Equipment**
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please email us at info@basegymequipment.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the item to request a return. All returns must be received by us no later than 21 days after you receive your order. Please note that return postage is to be paid by the consumer, must be returned in the same manner as they were delivered e.g via pallet delivery for larger items/machines and items must be returned in the same condition as provided, in re-saleable condition. We recommend using postage insurance for your return shipment. Thank you for choosing Base Gym Equipment!
Our refund policy commences the day of the returned item/s, and refunds will be sent within 10 working days. A full inspection will be conducted of the equipment. Refunds will be issued only if the items are in new condition as sold, suitable for resale.
Please note that a restocking fee of £50 for smaller items, £100 for standard machine size, or £125 for large machines will be applied to returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, if a discount was claimed and the order no longer qualifies for the offer this will also be reflected in your final refund amount. E.g If you claimed the 3 items for a 15% discount and then decide to return an item/s which then falls under 3 items, you will only be eligible for any other discount that qualifies on the remaining items. Shipping Policy
**Shipping Policy**
At Base Gym Equipment, we strive to process and dispatch all orders within 3 full working days, excluding bank holidays. We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all items, with delivery typically taking 1-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery is kerbside only, any access issues must be noted upon checkout, and customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our location at Base Gym Equipment, Hicks Gate, Bristol, BS31 2AD. Any loss or damage that occurs during shipping is the sole liability of the seller, however once taken delivery of by the customer all liabilities transfer over to them.
Delivery is typically within 1-2 business days after dispatch. Please note that delays beyond our control may occur, and if your delivery takes longer, feel free to reach out to us. You will receive an email to confirm a suitable delivery date, and while we as standard offer an all day delivery, specific times can be requested but may incur a surcharge and may not always be possible. Unfortunately, we cannot provide compensation for delayed deliveries.
